What sort of things do people put in Tandem?
Anything that needs doing at home and is easy to forget: bins and recycling, bills and renewals, school forms and kit, appointments, birthdays, repairs, the weekly shop and the holiday packing.
Who can see what I add?
Everyone in your household sees your shared lists and the tasks in them. Personal lists, and the tasks inside them, are only visible to you.
Do we each need to pay?
No. One person subscribes and everyone in the household gets the plan. If they leave the household, the plan goes with them.
Can I be in more than one household?
Yes. Family at home and a shared flat, say. You can switch between them, and each household has its own plan.
What happens if we stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. You keep everything you’ve made, and the paid features wait until you pick a plan again.
How do I invite someone?
From the app, share an invite link or an 8-character code. They install Tandem, sign in and join with the code.
What are Smart tasks?
A feature we’re building now. Share a photo or PDF of a letter and Tandem suggests the tasks, dates and checklists in it. You check them before anything is added, and it will be opt-in.
